A Rectangle that encloses the expand or collapse button.
Remarks
Use ExpandButtonRectangle to return a Rectangle that describes the area of the screen that encloses the expand button on a CompositeActivityDesigner. This is useful for detecting mouse events to react to your requests to expand or collapse a CompositeActivityDesigner.
