Provides methods for a subscription service to manage subscriptions for a workflow runtime.

WorkflowSubscriptionService is the base class for any subscription service classes used in the Workflow Foundation (WF).
Notes to Inheritors:
When you inherit from WorkflowSubscriptionService, you must override the following members: CreateSubscription and DeleteSubscription.

Any public static ( Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
