Gets the collection of parameters to bind to.

A WorkflowParameterBindingCollection that contains the parameter bindings for the workflow being called. The default is an empty WorkflowParameterBindingCollection.

The parameters in this collection are the parameters required to invoke the child workflow.
This collection can only specify inbound parameters. Outbound and reference parameters cannot be specified, because the workflow invocation is asynchronous.
