The XpsThumbnail class has no public constructor. A reference to an XpsThumbnail is provided through the IXpsFixedPageWriter::AddThumbnail, IXpsFixedDocumentWriter::AddThumbnail, or IXpsFixedDocumentSequenceWriter::AddThumbnail methods.
It is recommended that if any page in an XpsDocument has a thumbnail, that all pages be specified with thumbnails.

Any public static ( Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
