Property ValueType: System.Boolean
true if the window is topmost; otherwise, false.
A window whose property is set to true appears above all windows whose properties are set to false.
In the group of windows that have property is set to true, the window that is currently activated is the topmost window. Likewise for the group of windows that have property is set to false.
You cannot set or get this property when a window is hosted in a browser.
