The PreviewGiveFeedback event enables the source of a drag event to modify the appearance of the mouse pointer, in order to give the user visual feedback during a drag-and-drop operation.

This event creates an alias for the DragDrop.PreviewGiveFeedback attached event for this class, so that PreviewGiveFeedback is part of the class members list when UIElement3D is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the PreviewGiveFeedback event are attached to the underlying DragDrop.PreviewGiveFeedback attached event and receive the same event data instance.

PreviewGiveFeedback is introduced in the .NET Framework version 3.5. For more information, see .NET Framework 3.5 Architecture.

Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP SP2, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003

The .NET Framework and .NET Compact Framework do not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see .NET Framework System Requirements.
