Gets a value indicating whether the stylus cursor is located over this element (including visual child elements).

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean

true if stylus cursor is over the element or its child elements; otherwise, false. The default is false.

If this element has stylus capture, this property will continue to return true until stylus capture is lost and the pointer is out of its bounds.
