Occurs when the stylus is close enough to the digitizer to be detected, while over this element.

The corresponding tunneling event is PreviewStylusInRange.
Override OnStylusInRange to implement class handling for this event in derived classes.
This event creates an alias for the Stylus::StylusInRange attached event for this class, so that StylusInRange is part of the class members list when UIElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusInRange event are attached to the underlying Stylus::StylusInRange attached event and receive the same event data instance.
