System_CAPS_noteNote

The .NET API Reference documentation has a new home. Visit the .NET API Browser on docs.microsoft.com to see the new experience.

Occurs when the stylus moves over an element without actually touching the digitizer.

Namespace:   System.Windows
Assembly:  PresentationCore (in PresentationCore.dll)

public:
event StylusEventHandler^ StylusInAirMove {
	virtual void add(StylusEventHandler^ value) sealed;
	virtual void remove(StylusEventHandler^ value) sealed;
}

This event creates an alias for the Stylus::StylusInAirMove attached event for this class, so that StylusInAirMove is part of the class members list when UIElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusInAirMove event are attached to the underlying Stylus::StylusInAirMove attached event and receive the same event data instance.

Touch, mouse, and stylus input exist in a particular relationship. For more information, see Input Overview.
