Occurs when the stylus touches the digitizer while the stylus is over this element.

The corresponding tunneling event is PreviewStylusDown.
Override OnStylusDown to implement class handling for this event in derived classes.
This event creates an alias for the Stylus::StylusDown attached event for this class, so that StylusDown is part of the class members list when UIElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusDown event are attached to the underlying Stylus::StylusDown attached event and receive the same event data instance.
