Occurs when a drag-and-drop operation is started.
Assembly: PresentationCore (in PresentationCore.dll)
XMLNS for XAML: http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation, http://schemas.microsoft.com/netfx/2007/xaml/presentation
The event enables the source of a drag event to modify the appearance of the mouse pointer, in order to give the user visual feedback during a drag-and-drop operation.
This event creates an alias for the DragDrop.PreviewGiveFeedback attached event for this class, so that is part of the class members list when UIElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the event are attached to the underlying DragDrop.PreviewGiveFeedback attached event and receive the same event data instance.
Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
