DispatcherOperation.Abort Method

Aborts the operation.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Threading
Assembly:  WindowsBase (in WindowsBase.dll)

public bool Abort()

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the operation was aborted; otherwise, false.

If an operation is already in progress, this method will return false.

When an operation is aborted, the Status of the DispatcherOperation is set to Aborted and the Aborted event is raised.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
