Rect.Empty Property

Gets the Empty rectangle, a special value that represents a rectangle with no position or area.

You cannot use this property in XAML.

Property Value

The Empty rectangle, which has X and Y values of PositiveInfinity, and has Width and Height values of NegativeInfinity.

Avoid mathematical computations involving empty rectangles. Because both X and Y are calculated at infinite values, processor operations will be severely impaired by these operations. Comparisons involving these values will not impact application performance.
