Gets the CustomContentState object that is to be applied to the content being navigated to.

The CustomContentState object that is to be applied to the content being navigated to.
Remarks
TargetContentState will contain a CustomContentState object if navigating to content in back or forward navigation history that has a CustomContentState object associated with it.
