RenderCapability.IsPixelShaderVersionSupported Method

Gets a value that indicates whether the specified pixel shader version is supported.

You cannot use methods in XAML.


Type: System.Int16

The major version of the pixel shader.

Type: System.Int16

The minor version of the pixel shader.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the pixel shader version is supported by the current version of WPF; otherwise, false.

The IsPixelShaderVersionSupported method returns true if the pixel shader version is supported by the current version of WPF, and if an Effect using the specified major/minor version can run on the GPU.
