#### Parameters

angle
Type: System.Double

The angle, in degrees, by which to rotate this matrix.

centerX
Type: System.Double

The x-coordinate of the point about which to rotate this matrix.

centerY
Type: System.Double

The y-coordinate of the point about which to rotate this matrix.
