GradientBrush::MappingMode Property
.NET Framework (current version)
Gets or sets a BrushMappingMode enumeration that specifies whether the gradient brush's positioning coordinates are absolute or relative to the output area.
Assembly: PresentationCore (in PresentationCore.dll)
public: property BrushMappingMode MappingMode { BrushMappingMode get(); void set(BrushMappingMode value); }
Property Value
Type: System.Windows.Media::BrushMappingModeA BrushMappingMode value that specifies how the gradient brush's positioning coordinates are interpreted. The default is BrushMappingMode::RelativeToBoundingBox.
A value of Absolute indicates the gradient brush's coordinates are expressed using device independent pixels.

The following example shows how to use the MappingMode property to specify what coordinate system to use for the StartPoint and EndPoint of the gradient.
