ValueSerializerAttribute Class

Specifies which ValueSerializer class to use for a particular type or overrides which ValueSerializer to use for a property.

You cannot directly create an instance of this class in XAML.
A ValueSerializer can be associated with an attached property by applying the ValueSerializerAttribute attribute on the static accessor method for the attached property.
