Specifies whether this class is built top-down during XAML initialization.

You cannot directly create an instance of this class in XAML.

When built top-down, a class is instantiated, attached to the parent, and then has its properties set.


Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
