INameScope.RegisterName Method

Registers the provided name into the current XAML namescope.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Markup

void RegisterName(
	string name,
	Object scopedElement
)

Parameters

name
Type: System.String
The name to register.
scopedElement
Type: System.Object
The specific element that the provided name refers to.

Duplicate names in a XAML namescope are not permitted.
