D3DImage.IsFrontBufferAvailableChanged Event

Occurs when the IsFrontBufferAvailable property changes.

Handle the IsFrontBufferAvailableChanged to be notified when the status of the front buffer changes.

When the IsFrontBufferAvailable property changes from false to true, restart rendering by assigning a valid Direct3D surface in the SetBackBuffer method.
