The ModifierKeysConverter class only converts an instance of ModifierKeys to and from a String.
The ModifierKeysConverter converts to and from a String using the "+" character as the delimiter. For example, the string Control+ALT would be converted into a ModifierKeys object consisting of the Control and Alt keys.
