Type: System.Booleantrue if the mouse pointer is over the element or its child elements; otherwise, false.
This interface is not intended for public implementation. For more information, see remarks for the IInputElement interface.
Existing implementations in the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) core (see ContentElement.IsMouseOver and UIElement.IsMouseOver) establish this property as a dependency property.
