UserControl::OnLoad Method
Raises the Load event.
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)
The Load event occurs after the control is created, but before the control becomes visible for the first time.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.
The OnLoad method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to InheritorsWhen overriding OnLoad in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnLoad method so that registered delegates receive the event.
