ToolStripDropDownItem.HideDropDown Method

Makes a visible ToolStripDropDown hidden.

public void HideDropDown()

Use the HideDropDown method to prevent the user from choosing one of the options available on the associated ToolStripDropDown control.

The following code example demonstrates how to hide a ToolStripDropDownItem control when a button is pressed. This code example is part of a larger example provided for the ToolStripDropDownItem class.

// This method hides the drop-down for the first item
