This method is called for each timer tick. It calls any methods that are added through Tick. If you are inheriting from Timer, you can override this method.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.Notes to Inheritors When overriding OnTick in a derived class, make sure that you call the base class's OnTick method.
