Determines whether the specified key is a regular input key or a special key that requires preprocessing.
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)
Call this method during window-message preprocessing to determine whether the specified key is a regular input key that should be sent directly to the tab control or a special key (such as PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN) that should preprocessed. In the latter case, send the key to the control only if it is not consumed by the preprocessing phase.
