Public Shared ReadOnly Property DbcsEnabled As Boolean
public static bool DbcsEnabled {get;}
public: __property static bool get_DbcsEnabled();
public static function get DbcsEnabled() : Boolean;

Property Value

true if the operating system supports DBCS; otherwise, false.

Use DbcsEnabled to determine whether the operating system on which your application is running supports DBCS. Although an operating system can support DBCS, this does not mean that the user runs a culture that uses DBCS.
