PictureBox.InitialImage Property

Note: This property is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets or sets the image displayed in the PictureBox control while the main image is loading.

Property Value

The Image displayed in the picture box control while the main image is loading.

If no InitialImage is specified, a default image is displayed. The InitialImage is always displayed non-stretched, in the center of the PictureBox.
