ListView.LabelWrap Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether item labels wrap when items are displayed in the control as icons.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Forms
Assembly:  System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)

public bool LabelWrap { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if item labels wrap when items are displayed as icons; otherwise, false. The default is true.

When the LabelWrap property is set to true, the item text is wrapped to the next line of text if needed. If the text is longer than two lines of text, the text is shortened. If the user selects the item, all the item text is displayed. If the LabelWrap property is set to false, all item text is displayed on a single line. The entire item text is displayed when the LabelWrap is set to false. This property is only used when the View property is set to LargeIcon or SmallIcon.
