Form.OnInputLanguageChanged Method (InputLanguageChangedEventArgs)

Raises the InputLanguageChanged event.

Namespace:   System.Windows.Forms
Assembly:  System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)

abstract OnInputLanguageChanged :
        e:InputLanguageChangedEventArgs -> unit
override OnInputLanguageChanged :
        e:InputLanguageChangedEventArgs -> unit

Type: System.Windows.Forms.InputLanguageChangedEventArgs

The InputLanguageChangedEventArgs that contains the event data.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnInputLanguageChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors:

When overriding OnInputLanguageChanged in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnInputLanguageChanged method so that registered delegates receive the event.
