Called when a character key is released while the focus is on a cell.

A KeyEventArgs that contains the event data.
- rowIndex
- Int32
The row index of the current cell, or -1 if the cell is not owned by a row.
Remarks
When activated by the SPACEBAR key (equivalent to the Keys.Space value), this method updates the cell's user interface (UI) and raises the OnCellClick event on the owning DataGridView.
This method is similar to the Control.OnKeyUp method. It is called in the same circumstances in which a Control.KeyUp event is raised, but it does not actually raise the event.
