The underlying list does not support filtering.

The RemoveFilter method refers the request to the underlying list's System.ComponentModel.IBindingListView.RemoveFilter method. Only lists that implement IBindingListView support filtering.

By default, a call to this method is equivalent to setting the Filter property to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
