TextEffectTarget Class

Result from using TextEffectResolver to set an effect on text. This consists of the TextEffect created and the DependencyObject to which the TextEffect should be set.

Namespace:   System.Windows.Documents
Assembly:  PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)

System.Object

public class TextEffectTarget

NameDescription
System_CAPS_pubpropertyElement

Gets the DependencyObject that the TextEffect is targeting.

System_CAPS_pubpropertyIsEnabled

Gets a value that determines whether the text effect is enabled on the target element

System_CAPS_pubpropertyTextEffect

Gets the TextEffect of the TextEffectTarget.

NameDescription
System_CAPS_pubmethodDisable()

Disables the TextEffect on the effect target.

System_CAPS_pubmethodEnable()

Enables the TextEffect on the target text.

System_CAPS_pubmethodEquals(Object)

Determines whether the specified object is equal to the current object.(Inherited from Object.)

System_CAPS_protmethodFinalize()

Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection.(Inherited from Object.)

System_CAPS_pubmethodGetHashCode()

Serves as the default hash function. (Inherited from Object.)

System_CAPS_pubmethodGetType()

Gets the Type of the current instance.(Inherited from Object.)

System_CAPS_protmethodMemberwiseClone()

Creates a shallow copy of the current Object.(Inherited from Object.)

System_CAPS_pubmethodToString()

Returns a string that represents the current object.(Inherited from Object.)

The following example shows how to apply a TranslateTransform, ScaleTransform, and RotateTransform text effect to text. Below is the XAML for the example.
