PrintDialog.ShowDialog Method

Invokes the PrintDialog as a modal dialog box.

Assembly:  PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)

Public Function ShowDialog As Nullable(Of Boolean)

Return Value

Type: System.Nullable(Of Boolean)
true if a user clicks Print; false if a user clicks Cancel; or Nothing if a user closes the dialog box without clicking Print or Cancel.

The following example shows how to use the ShowDialog method in code.

		Private Sub InvokePrint(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As RoutedEventArgs)
				' Create the print dialog object and set options
				Dim pDialog As New PrintDialog()
				pDialog.PageRangeSelection = PageRangeSelection.AllPages
