Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the
Popup control closes when the control is no longer in focus. Namespace:

member StaysOpen : bool with get, set
System.Boolean true if the Popup control closes when property is set to IsOpen false; false if the Popup control closes when a mouse or keyboard event occurs outside the Popup control. The default is true.
property is set to StaysOpen true, Popup stays open until it is explicitly closed by setting the property to IsOpen false. When is StaysOpen false, the Popup control intercepts all mouse and keyboard events to determine when one of these events occurs outside the Popup control.
