SelectionMoved Event

InkCanvas.SelectionMoved Event

Occurs when a selection of strokes and/or elements has been moved by the user.

Namespace: System.Windows.Controls
Assembly: PresentationFramework (in presentationframework.dll)
XML Namespace:

public event EventHandler SelectionMoved
/** @event */
public void add_SelectionMoved (EventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_SelectionMoved (EventHandler value)

In JScript, you can handle the events defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.
<object SelectionMoved="EventHandler" .../>

This event occurs after a selection of strokes and/or elements has been moved by the user and updated with the new position. To handle a request to move a selection before this update is applied, add an event handler to the SelectionMoving event.

The following example unselects the items on an InkCanvas after the user moves them.

// Unselect the items on the InkCanvas once the user has moved them.
void inkCanvas1_SelectionMoved(object sender, EventArgs e)
    inkCanvas1.Select(null, null);
