DataGridRow::OnSelected Method (RoutedEventArgs^)

.NET Framework (current version)

Raises the Selected event when the IsSelected property value changes to true.

Namespace:   System.Windows.Controls
Assembly:  PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)

virtual void OnSelected(
	RoutedEventArgs^ e

Type: System.Windows::RoutedEventArgs^

The event data, which is empty when this method is called by the DataGridRow.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see NIB: Raising an Event.

The OnSelected method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors:

When overriding OnSelected in a derived class, make sure to call the base class’s OnSelected method so that registered delegates receive the event.
