Gets or sets a value that indicates whether rows, cells, or both can be selected in the DataGrid.

Property Value
Type: System.Windows.Controls::DataGridSelectionUnitOne of the enumeration values that specifies whether rows, cells, or both can be selected in the DataGrid. The registered default is FullRow. For more information about what can influence the value, see DependencyProperty.
The SelectionMode and SelectionUnit properties together define the selection behavior for the DataGrid.
