DataGrid.OnColumnDisplayIndexChanged Method (DataGridColumnEventArgs)
Raises the ColumnDisplayIndexChanged event.
Assembly: PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)
DataGrid requires that the DisplayIndex property of all columns must be unique integers from 0 toColumnsCount -1. Therefore, when the DisplayIndex of one column changes, the change will typically cause the DisplayIndex of other columns to change too.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see NIB: Raising an Event.
Themethod also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors:
When overridingin a derived class, be sure to call the base class’s method so that registered delegates receive the event.
