Implements
IInputElement::StylusUpThis event creates an alias for the Stylus::StylusUp attached event for this class, so that StylusUp is part of the class members list when ContentElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusUp event are attached to the underlying Stylus::StylusUp attached event and receive the same event data instance.
