ContentElement::StylusMove Event
Occurs when the stylus moves over this element. The stylus must move while on the digitizer to raise this event. Otherwise, StylusInAirMove is raised instead.

The corresponding tunneling event is PreviewStylusMove.
Override OnStylusMove to implement class handling for this event in derived classes.
This event creates an alias for the Stylus::StylusMove attached event for this class, so that StylusMove is part of the class members list when ContentElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusMove event are attached to the underlying Stylus::StylusMove attached event and receive the same event data instance.
