Implements
IInputElement::StylusInRangeThis event creates an alias for the Stylus::StylusInRange attached event for this class, so that StylusInRange is part of the class members list when ContentElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusInRange event are attached to the underlying Stylus::StylusInRange attached event and receive the same event data instance.
