Occurs when the stylus is close enough to the digitizer to be detected, while over this element.

This event creates an alias for the Stylus::PreviewStylusInRange attached event for this class, so that PreviewStylusInRange is part of the class members list when ContentElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the PreviewStylusInRange event are attached to the underlying Stylus::PreviewStylusInRange attached event and receive the same event data instance.
