Gets a value that indicates whether PageCount is the total number of pages.

true if pagination is complete and PageCount represents the total number of pages; otherwise, false if pagination is in process and PageCount represents the number of pages currently formatted.
Remarks
IsPageCountValid may switch from true to false and PageCount recomputed if a change to the content or PageSize triggers repagination.
