Wizard.OnNextButtonClick Method
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)
'Declaration Protected Overridable Sub OnNextButtonClick ( _ e As WizardNavigationEventArgs _ ) 'Usage Dim e As WizardNavigationEventArgs Me.OnNextButtonClick(e)
protected void OnNextButtonClick ( WizardNavigationEventArgs e )
protected function OnNextButtonClick ( e : WizardNavigationEventArgs )
Parameters
- e
A WizardNavigationEventArgs containing the event data.
The NextButtonClick event is raised when the Next button is clicked.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.
The OnNextButtonClick method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors When overriding the OnNextButtonClick method in a derived class, be sure to call the OnNextButtonClick method of the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.The following code example demonstrates how to specify an event handler for the NextButtonClick event. Each time the Next button is clicked, the BorderWidth property for the Wizard control is increased by 1 pixel, as measured by the Unit class.
