WebPartZoneBase.HasHeader Property

Note: This property is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets a value indicating whether a zone has a header area.

Namespace: System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebParts
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)

protected:
virtual property bool HasHeader {
	bool get () override;
}
/** @property */
protected boolean get_HasHeader ()

protected override function get HasHeader () : boolean

Property Value

true if the zone has a header area; otherwise, false. The default value is false when the page is in normal BrowseDisplayMode.

The HasHeader property overrides the base WebZone.HasHeader property to set the default value to false for WebPartZoneBase controls when the page display mode is in normal BrowseDisplayMode.

If a Web Parts page is in one of the display modes that allow page design, such as DesignDisplayMode, EditDisplayMode, or CatalogDisplayMode, then the value of the HasHeader property is true, so that the specified zone can display header user interface (UI) elements.
