WebPartManager.SetSelectedWebPart Method
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)
The SetSelectedWebPart method is called during the processes that begin or end editing of the control specified by the webPart parameter, and those that begin or end a connection that includes webPart.
At the beginning of the edit and connection processes, webPart is the control that has been selected to be edited or to enter a connection.
At the end of the edit and connection processes, a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) is passed to the SetSelectedWebPart method, which results in the currently selected control no longer being selected.
