ConnectionConsumerAttribute.ID Property

Gets a string that represents the unique identity of the consumer connection point.

Property Value

The unique ID assigned to the consumer connection point. The default value is Empty.

If searching through a connection point collection, you should use the ID property to locate a particular connection point. This property can be used to distinguish between two connection points of the same name. Consumer connection points can have the same DisplayName property value, but the ID property must be different.
