TreeView.NodeIndent Property

Note: This property is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets or sets the indentation amount (in pixels) for the child nodes of the TreeView control.

Namespace: System.Web.UI.WebControls
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)

public:
property int NodeIndent {
	int get ();
	void set (int value);
}
/** @property */
public int get_NodeIndent ()

/** @property */
public void set_NodeIndent (int value)

public function get NodeIndent () : int

public function set NodeIndent (value : int)

Property Value

The amount of space (in pixels) between a child node's left edge and its parent node's left edge. The default is 20.

Use the NodeIndent property to control the amount of spacing between the left edge of a child node and the left edge of its parent node.

NoteNote

The NodeIndent property affects every child node in the TreeView control. It is not possible to control the indentation amount of each node individually.

The value of this property is stored in view state.

The following code example demonstrates how to use the NodeIndent property to control the indentation of child nodes.

No code example is currently available or this language may not be supported.
